Last updated: May 29, 2026
By creating an Orbit account, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can use Orbit
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your account credentials secure.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of everything you post in Orbit — your moments, thoughts, pulses, and comments. By posting, you grant Orbit a limited license to store and display your content to the members of orbits where you've shared it. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Orbit to:
- Post illegal content (CSAM, threats of violence, doxxing, etc.)
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Impersonate someone else
- Distribute spam or malware
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the service
- Resell access to the service
Accounts violating these rules may be suspended or deleted.
4. Orbit+ subscriptions
Orbit offers paid subscriptions ("Orbit+") sold exclusively through Apple's App Store:
- Auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly, annual) renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends
- Lifetime purchases are one-time, non-recurring purchases that grant permanent Orbit+ access
- All purchases are managed in your Apple ID settings — cancel, refund, or manage there
- We do not store your payment details
Comped Plus access (granted by us as a gift or comp) may be revoked at any time at our discretion.
5. Termination
You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete account. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
6. Disclaimers
Orbit is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uninterrupted service, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit Social will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Orbit, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or service interruption.
8. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be announced via in-app announcement and reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
